Customizations are available at an additional cost, depending on the garment and tailoring process.
Sizes follow our standard size chart unless custom sizing is requested.

All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
Behad reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways; we do not store your complete payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India.
Orders are dispatched within 2 weeks since each piece is handmade.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of genuine defects or wrong product delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.
After 12 hours, cancellations are not permitted due to the handmade production process.
