Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns
We currently accept returns only in cases of a wrong product received or a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at info.behad@gmail.com or WhatsApping us at 9024059638.
The product should be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
2. Exchange
Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

Wrong product received – if the item delivered is different from what you ordered.

Manufacturing defect – if the product has a genuine fault in stitching, fabric, or finishing.

3. Refund
At Behad, every piece is carefully handcrafted, carrying stories, time, and the hard work of our artisans. Because of the nature of our process, we do not offer refunds.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Since all our pieces are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons like dislike of fit, color variation, or change of mind.
Customised pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellation will not be possible as the process of crafting begins.
