Where is my order processed from?
Every Behad order is lovingly crafted and processed in Jaipur — the city of colors, crafts, and our roots.
How can I cancel my order?
Each Behad piece begins its journey the moment you place an order. Since everything is handmade with care, cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase — after this period, orders cannot be cancelled as they move into production.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Typically, it takes 3–4 business weeks for orders to reach. Since every Behad piece is handcrafted with care at our studio, some orders may take a little longer—but they’re always worth the wait.
Will I receive a confirmation message when I place my order?
Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed. If you don’t receive it within 12 hours, kindly reach out to us via email and we’ll assist you right away.
